Amit
Mohindra is the founder and managing director of
Nelson Touch Consulting, LLC. The firm
was established in 2008.
Amit has worked in economics
research, compensation consulting, and corporate
human resources for organizations that set the
agenda in their industry - The World Bank, Towers
Perrin, Lucent Technologies, IBM and Goldman Sachs;
has held leadership positions in HR strategy, human
resources, compensation and benefits; and has built
and led global teams.
Amit received a master’s
degree in economics from Brown University, where
he specialized in labor and development economics
and undergraduate degrees in economics & business
and electrical engineering from Lafayette College
where he was a McKelvy Scholar and a member of the
varsity crew team.
Amit holds industry-leading
certifications in human capital strategy, human
resources, compensation, benefits and enterprise
software and is an active member of a number of
professional associations.
